We are a family-owned and operated business who believe in old fashioned values. We put customer satisfaction and value for money ahead of large profits and high prices. We create pieces for individuals not bulk buys from unscrupulous overseas sources. Our jewellery and watches are all Australian made and we are proud to support Australian jobs. Our diamonds and precious gems are sourced through Australian based companies. We only use quality products and are happy to back that up with valuation certificates. Appointments can be arranged to suit your working needs and our private studio ensures no disturbances.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty and is returned with proof of purchase within 12 months of the purchase date.
Under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty products. However, if you contact sales@joysfinejewellery.com, we can arrange an exchange or return, within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original, resalable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase is provided.
In the instances return postage must be paid by the customer if they are unable to return the item in person.
